Trained volunteers build healthy ministries! Central Field NYI has partnered with Youth Ministry University to offer free youth ministry training.

  • Youth Ministry University is an online training platform created by Download Youth Ministry (DYM) designed to equip youth workers, volunteer leaders, and parents with practical skills, training, and insights for effective youth ministry.

  • Each district on the Central Field as a training coordinator. To find out who that is, contact your District NYI President, or click the button at the bottom of the page to request the training.

  • The training is all online, consumed in roughly 10 minute chunks.

  • Youth Ministry University is broken up into four classes: 101, 201, 301, and 401. Each class has between six and seven sessions, and they are all completed at your own pace. Binge them all in an afternoon, or spread a single class out or the course of a season… everyone can learn at their own pace!

  • Once you’ve received access to YMU, you’ll have it for life!
